SOPHOMORE 1st quarter extra credit

 

Each year on Veterans' Day, we celebrate those who are serving or have served in our Armed Forces.  For this extra credit assignment, you are to create an attractive and neat poster that shows your appreciation for the sacrifice and service of these brave men and women.

 

You may feature all of the military on your poster, or you may focus on a particular service. You may highlight your own family's contributions to the country.

 

For this poster to get credit, please follow the directions below:

   * Size - 22"X26" (standard poster board)

   * Any color

   * Neat, clear lettering

   * Correct spelling of all text

   * Illustration - may be computer generated, photographs, or neatly hand drawn

   * All attachments securely fastened

   * Your name and period written on the back of the poster

APPEARANCE COUNTS!

These posters will be hung around the building on the first floor.

 

Depending on the quality of your work, you can earn up to 50 bonus points.
