Replacement Diploma
No Graduate Transcript Request can be processed unless all outstanding tuition and/or fees with Archbishop Ryan High School are current.  Please note for transcripts being sent directly to the graduate instead of to an institution, you must provide a copy of your government-issued ID to [email protected] (along with your request form and payment).

If you prefer to mail in your request instead of using the link above:
  1. Download the Graduate Transcript Request Form, available at the bottom of the page. 
  2. Mail the completed form with the appropriate payment to the address below. You may also drop off the form and payment in the Archbishop Ryan Guidance Office.  Please note for transcripts being sent directly to the graduate instead of to an institution, you must provide a copy of your government-issued ID to [email protected] (along with your request form and payment).

Standard Requests $3.00 per transcript (allow two weeks for processing)
Rush Requests $5.00 per transcript (allow a minimum of 4 business days for processing)
