Updated: Two Archbishop Ryan Teachers Selected to Attend Prestigious National Mathematics Conference

As a National Certified T3 Instructor, Sister Alice Hess, I.H.M. has been fortunate to have been invited at the expense of Texas Instruments to be a part of this esteemed educational endeavor for the past 25 years in which her students and she have benefited greatly.

Archbishop Ryan has been well represented at Texas Instruments for 25 years by Sr. Alice Hess, I.H.M, as a national presenter for the Texas Instruments and this year the school is excited to have Mr. Lutz join her in representing Archbishop Ryan High School.

Mr. Lutz has been selected as a presenter for the conference.  His presentation titled "Engaging Activities in Probability and Statistics with a Focus on Literacy" was selected from a national group of submitted sessions.  His presentation will include hands on activities that can be used from 6th grade to Advanced Statistics at a high school or college level.

Texas Instruments annually gathers its T3 Instructors for a full day of professional development which takes place the day before the International T3 Conference begins.  The conference takes place in a different city each year--Calgary, Denver, Dallas, Orlando, San Francisco, etc.   This year's conference is scheduled to take place in Chicago from March 10-12.
