Replacement Diplomas

Graduates of Archbishop Ryan may request a replacement of their high school diploma by completing a copy of the Graduate Diploma Replacement Request Form below, then mailing the form along with the $40.00 fee to the address below.

 

Please note that the replacement diplomas are ordered through Ryan from Jostens. Please make a check or money order payable to "Archbishop Ryan High School". Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
